"I came from Australia and wanted to buy a property in Sikka Karmic Greens. The sikka person Ankit made me show this harmony tower 302 A- this flat has some unnatural powers. then I did talked to the other people in the society. They said that this flat is always empty since 2018 / it is constructed, not even a single person. family has ever rented or purchased this property and the back door remains open always. Once a family came to live on rent but they also left in 15 days. This is scary."

"Pathetically maintained society and hopeless maintenance staff. - Water in swimming pool is worse than a pond. Swimming pool filters don't seem to work, they just keep filling the water every weekend and then drain throughout the weekdays. - Cleaners and other maintenance workers are often on strike for non-payment of their wages resulting in inconvenience to the residents. - No automatic backup, not even for elevators, people get stuck in closed elevators for upto 15-20 minutes sometimes and it happens often. - Club is non-operational and progress is slow. Entire society is filled with tons of dust from the nearby under-construction society Mahagun Mezzaria. - Construction quality is pathetic--nails hammered in the wall can be easily pulled out using bare hands and no effort. - Most indoor walls become damp in rainy season and paint comes off flaking."

"Very far & no process followed.. Security was worst.. Many flats are still. In terrible condition..labor is sitting & relaxing in garden area.. Not good"

"Worst Maintenance here. No power back up, Lift issues( anyone can stuck in lift anytime for more than 10 min. ) , parking with full of water, no cleaning , bad smell everywhere, pool having dirty water. Even stray dogs issue also. No street light outside the society . Pathetic place."

No response from maintenance team in case of issues, though they send timely reminders for payments. Severe electricity issues. No cleanliness in common areas. Stray dogs all over the society. The list is endless. regretting my decision to purchase the flat here (Resident since 2017)"
